The matter concerns with the redressal of the grievances of the common man received by the registry of the Apex court of India.
In most of the cases, the registry of the apex court of India says that the matter is not covered under public interest litigation guidelines.
Sir, in the name to safeguard the fundamental rights of the common man described in part 3 of the constitution of India as
“Article 12 to 35 contained in Part III of the Constitution deals with Fundamental Rights. These are: Right to equality, including equality before law, prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, and equality of opportunity in matters of employment”
former chief justice of India granted us privileges to write to apex court of India in the case of gross violation of fundamental rights/ human rights and at the same instant of time widened the jurisdiction of the court to consider the postcard sent by ordinary people to entertain as writ petition.
Now the public wants to know the fate of its representations in an accountable way instead of cryptic replies of the registry.
Here honest and public spirited people are not taking sigh of relief because of physical and mental torture in this anarchy. No accountable public functionaries are advocating transparency and accountability in letter and spirit. There is blatant misuse of power to promote lawlessness and anarchy and persecute public spirited people.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? It is the need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. It can be disclosed by only apex court of India, as the matter is closely connected to the working of its registry. It is a fact that in the name of coordination, the institutions of the government concealing the wrongdoings of one another.
Undoubtedly the role of judiciary is not impartial quite obvious from the cryptic working style and several cases of corruption were exposed by respected judges itself. Undoubtedly it is need of the hour to make the judicial members accountable for their wrongs culminated into the travesty of justice.
On the one side of a screen apex court of India articulates that it’s Gate is opened for the needy and everyone can knock it’s door but the fact is that man belonging to the weaker and downward section cannot think to get justice from the apex court of India because their application will be arbitrarily rejected by the registry of the apex court of India by saying that your representation does not cover under the public interest guidelines framed by the apex court of India itself.
Here, corruption orients from higher rank to lower rank in the administrative hierarchy. Undoubtedly we are facing crunch of honest public servants. If you are providing services by taking remuneration from public exchequer, then you are a public servant, but these public staff have amassed enormous wealth through corrupt means.
