is submitted that the order ID provided by you is not reflecting in your
account and third party information cannot be shared by us as a matter of
policy. Kindly share your correct details correct Order ID Registered Account
name, mobile number, email ID linked with your amazon.in account on email to
shamadhvat the rateamazon.com, by quoting the National Consumer Helpdesk
complaint number to enable us to access the records and respond
accordingly.

Honourable
staff of the Amazon online shopping matter is not concerned with the third
party and in this regard we have already interacted with each other. Since I am
husband of the aggrieved lady quite obvious from the submitted Aadhar cards as
well as authorized representative so such excuses on the part of you is only
showing that you are frightened to be exposed. Who will not allow me to argue
in the matter on behalf of my wife in this largest democracy in the world I
have already sent you the e-mail in this regard so no need of more mutual
exchange of communications.
On
behalf of Preeti Singh, this representation is being submitted to the competent
authority in order to seek justice as cheating was made on Amazon online
shopping to the aggrieved. .Whether it is justified that a seller may deliver a
defective product to the customer and when the returned with refund request is
made then staffs of the Amazon online shopping procrastinate on the request
moreover when the product was returned by purchaser itself then seller
concerned conspires on false and flimsy ground to avoid refund and others
detriment occurred to consumer because of defective unresponsive item/product
was served delivered by seller by colluding with the Amazon online shopping
Preeti Singh is my wife and within six months I have purchased more than fifty
items from the Amazon online shopping and here this question arises that why
had I not made an objection in other products except this I remained the prime
member of Amazon online shopping for two years and disconnected its terms after
this cheating made by a seller by colluding the staffs Amazon online shopping.
I never commit wrong and never allow itself to be a victim of wrongdoings of
others so Amazon online shopping has to pay my expenses incurred during this
product dealing as no fault on the part of the aggrieved lady as the product
received defective and immediately refund order was made and delivered item
packed and second day when the agent of Amazon online shopping had come to
deliver the purchased article ,then I asked him to take this defective item
back but he said that he can take back only when they will direct my local
office to do so.

received from Company On a review of the complaint, we find that since you have
not quoted your order number and your mobile number and e-mail linked with your
Amazon.in account, to enable us to access the records. We were not able to
reach out to you for the said details despite our efforts and you have also not
provided the appropriate details to enable us to respond to your complaint.
Accordingly, we are constrained to close the complaint for want of better
particulars. You are requested to re register your grievance with the
credentials of the original consumer who has booked the product with all the
required details.

grievances are being closed by the staffs of the company in the name of lack of

No detail was made available of the seller but a dispute arose between the seller and customer but not between Amazon and customer as Amazon is the only facilitator. Whether it is not joking. Everything was made available as sought by them but still, grievances are being closed by the staffs of the company in the name of lack of feedback quite obvious from the attached document.

When the Amazon online shopping had promised that as the product will be received by the seller they will refund the money to the customer but why they did not keep its promise is itself cryptic and a mystery this shows that they were only making pretext to avoid the refund and such bad game to cheat the customer was played by colluding with each other in order to cheat the customer. It is most surprising that neither seller nor Amazon online shopping interested to refund as well as concerned public functionaries are playing bad game also public functionaries concerned also playing tricky game which is depriving the poor lady of its rights and making the mockery of consumer protection act.
