Whether Amazon online shopping is not cheating to its customers by serving them defective items?

Preeti Singh, this representation is being submitted to the competent
authority in order to seek justice as cheating was made on Amazon online
shopping to the aggrieved. .Whether it is justified that a seller may deliver
a defective product to the customer and when the returned with refund request
is made then staffs of the Amazon online shopping procrastinate on the
request moreover when the product was returned by purchaser itself then
seller concerned conspires on false and flimsy ground to avoid refund and
others detriment occurred to consumer because of defective unresponsive
item/product was served/delivered by seller by colluding with the Amazon
online shopping? Preeti Singh is my wife and within six months I have
purchased more than fifty items from the Amazon online shopping and here this
question arises that why had I not made an objection in other products except
this? I remained the prime member of Amazon online shopping for two years and
disconnected its terms after this cheating made by a seller by colluding the
staffs Amazon online shopping. I never commit wrong and never allow itself to
be a victim of wrongdoings of others so Amazon online shopping has to pay my
expenses incurred during this product dealing as no fault on the part of the
aggrieved lady as the product received defective and immediately refund order
was made and delivered item packed and second day when the agent of Amazon
online shopping had come to deliver the purchased article ,then I asked him
to take this defective item back but he said that he can take back only when
they will direct my local office to do so.

Honourable staff of the Amazon online shopping matter is not concerned with
the third party and in this regard we have already interacted with each
other. Since I am husband of the aggrieved lady quite obvious from the
submitted Aadhar cards as well as authorized representative so such excuses
on the part of you is only showing that you are frightened to be exposed. Who
will not allow me to argue in the matter on behalf of my wife in this largest
democracy in the world I have already sent you the e-mail in this regard so
no need of more mutual exchange of communications. On behalf of Preeti Singh,

perusal of the contents and then reply so that we may proceed for next step.
On investigation and information so received from the seller, we find that
you have not returned the product actually delivered to you vide order
ID171-6417667-8725150. Please reply my following queries. 1-How the returned
item is not alike to your delivered item? 2-How the Amazon online can escape
from the dispute when he charged the price from the consumer and purchase was
made on the credibility of Amazon online shopping and at latter stage they
fully non-cooperated in caucus with imposter shopkeeper? 3-Who is the master
of the product as of now? Where is consumer rights if such cheating will be
proliferated on large scale by the Amazon like foreign companies by colluding
with few black sheep? 4-After charging Rs. 468, customer spent Rs.102 as
return postage, what he has got in exchange? Whether it is not arbitrariness
on the part of Amazon online shopping? 5-Can you explain, how the Amazon
online shopping not looting the innocent and gullible citizenry by selling
such fake defective and incredible items through impostors? 6-Whether any
terms and conditions may be setup by company which may encroach the consumer
rights of the citizenry? 7-How Amazon online shopping can pay the amount to
the impostor shopkeeper when as received item was found dysfunctional quite
obvious from the immediate refund order? 8-Now Amazon will again sell the
returned item and in similar arbitrary manner through imposter and earn the
huge money by cheating citizens of this country. Why Amazon is not revealing
the real name and other details of impostor seller? Please tell me name of
manufacturer detail and his business establishments of impostors item which
is generally available in order to promote the products?

and information so received from the seller, we find that you have not
returned the product actually delivered to you vide order
ID171-6417667-8725150. Accordingly, neither refund nor replacement order can
be provided to you. It is clarified that the seller initiates refund only
after receipt of the original product as per policy. You are therefore
requested to self-return the original product before expiry of the return
window and provide the proof of delivery to the Customer Support team so that
the issue can be addressed at the earliest. Further, it is submitted that our
role is limited to that of a facilitator and we are not the
seller/manufacturer, the products listed on our Website are sold by
independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands
closed.

1-How the returned item is not alike to your delivered item? Not replied by the staffs of the Amazon online staffs which is showing that there is nothing defect in the item because of return journey but now they want to escape from the refund so they are making flimsy excuses.

Undoubtedly they delivered a defective item but it is unfortunate that instead of returning back the item concernd are not refunding the paid price which is the reflection of lawlessness and Anarchy in the online shopping which is the means of cheating the citizenry. Government must regulate online shopping so that innocent and gullible Citizens may be avoided to be cheated on such platforms but it is very troublesome that concerned public functionaries are adopting reluctant approaches in curbing such unlawful practices.
