With due respect your applicant/petitioner wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when Akhilesh Yadav Government in the state is charging Rs.4.60 per unit up to consumption 150 unit if greater than 150 charging Rs.4.90 per unit and there are several additional charges like regulatory surcharges ,Load charges and electricity duty by befooling the consumers but despite this by not providing the electricity in this peak hour reflecting a failed government.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if government can’t secure the consumer rights of state citizenry and can’t administrate well the department of electricity ,then privatize the electricity distribution and end monopoly of UPPCL. Undoubtedly citizenry will provide the award as the result of election of state legislature just going to be held in the state.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if in other districts hot weather effect is under control because of scant rain ,then why Mirzapur and adjoining districts where citizenry is going to be crazy because of excessive heat ,public functionaries are failed to provide civic amenities to the citizenry. Whether we will forget such lackadaisical approach of state government in delivering the public services in forthcoming elections of state legislature.
This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
