With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble Sir may take a glance of submitted grievance registered as DOPAT/E/2015/01859 at PG portal of Government of India by Shree Krishna Tripathi on 15-June-2015 which was received by Department of Personnel and Training and forwarded to Administrative Vigilance IV ,North block ,New Delhi 110001 whose contact number is 23094319. In which allegation was made that Rs.100000.00 was taken by Deputy Commissioner MGNREGA  from the wrongdoers in order to shield them. This matter was closed on 7-July-2015 without reaching on any logical conclusion. In aforesaid phone number only bell rings , no one attend the phone. Hon’ble Sir please take a glance of attachments with this representation.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that aforesaid grievance was also submitted before the Government of Uttar Pradesh on the same date by same complainant which was recieved by Government of Uttar Pradesh through its deputy secretary Shri Jawahar Lal whose contact number is 05222215137 . Most surprising that Government of Uttar Pradesh has not changed its policy that it only receives the grievance but never redress it. We are well apprised with this fact that it will never redress the submitted grievance. Hon’ble Sir please take a glance of attachments with this representation.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble Sir may take a glance of submitted grievance registered as DORLD/E/2015/00515 at PG portal of Government of India by Om Prakash Dubey on 26-May-2015 which was received by Department of Rural Development Government of India and forwarded to Department of Rural Development Government of Uttar Pradesh 21 Vidhan Sabha Marg Lucknow 226001whose contact number is 05226713408 . In which allegation was made that complainant Om Prakash Dubey S/O Aditya Narayan Dubey was included in MGNREGA workers list by changing his caste from Brahman to scheduled caste by the wrongdoers to siphon the public fund and he is frightened with the C.B.I. Enquiry as fund siphoned by wrongdoers will be recovered by him . This matter was closed on 30-June-2015 without reaching on any logical conclusion. Hon’ble Sir please take a glance of attachments with this representation. Hon’ble Sir the letter dated-12-June-2015 of Commissioner ,Rural Development ,Government of Uttar Pradesh addressed to C.D.O. Mirzapur is missing from the office of C.D.O. Mirzapur so no question to take action on the submitted grievance. Think about the gravity of situation where grievances are redressed by forwarding to the authorities concerned without seeking the action report and ensuring accountability. Whether this is not anarchy. Om prakash dubey is still asking me whether any action would be taken on my submitted grievance. The letter of commissioner is also annexed with this representation .

This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                           ‘Yours  sincerely

  1. 2. Matter is concerned with taking bribe by senior rank officer at district level. This is not fair dealing that wrongdoers may be spared by taking bribe. This the root cause that most of the government schemes only run on the papers. Poor and downtrodden section is on the verge of hunger. Chief minister office as a formality send to commissioner MGNREGA but actually not serious on the misuse of public fund.
