Why public functionaries siphoned the public fund meant to weaker and downtrodden section? Most surprising is that no one wants to take action against the wrongdoers in this anarchy.
22 December 2015
According to leading Hindi daily Amar Ujala ,35 Indira Awases were made by public functionaries only on paper. All the fund meant to these awases was siphoned by concerned public functionaries. Most surprising is that if matter concerned with siphoning of public fund is if exposed by public spirited citizens ,then district level officers in Mirzapur district of Government of Uttar Pradesh only procrastinate in the matter concerned in the name of enquiry and all the tricks are made to cover the misdeeds under the blankets. Undoubtedly credibility of public institutions have reached at its nadir. Think about the gravity of situation that the block development officer who inspects the Indira houses two times and second instalment is issued when house construction is reached up to lintel level , stating to media persons that action would be taken against wrongdoers. Whether he will take action against itself. Please take a glance of attached documents showing how the public funds meant to poor and downtrodden section is being siphoned by public functionaries and in the name of taking action against wrongdoers ,accountable public functionaries only procrastinating on the submitted complaints.
