written bogus registration number on the attached receipt is in the hand
writing of the erring staffs of the R.M.S. ,Department of the post,
District-Mirzapur. What is the benefit if the government is providing all kind
of amenities to the citizenry and such careless staffs are acting like
stumbling block.
The
staff of the R.M.S. of the department of post, district-Mirzapur wholly
accountable for the lapse so he must pay the entire price of the Tablet. It is
the responsibility of the service provider to provide the services in a secure
way but the concerned staff printed the receipt with sheer negligence so a
student who fully paid the charges may not be subjected to suffer losses
incurred due to the staffs of the postal department.

Aggrieved customer/ consumer-Atul Maurya S/O Arun Kumar Maurya, Address-Laldiggi, Near Naveen Cinema, Mirzapur city, PIN code-231001. Short submissions are as follows.
1-AFOREMENTIONED aggrieved youth had purchased Tablet IKall N4, 4G Calling Tablet (7-inch, 1GB, 8GB, VoLTE)(Colour white) IMEI Number-353191080535248 on 17-01-2018 from the platform of online shopping company “SHOPCLUES” by redeeming Rs.4127.00 to aforementioned online shopping company “SHOPCLUES”.
2-On 03/12/2018, Atul Kumar Maurya sent the aforementioned article for repair to the repair centre of the company through the speed registered post but because of the negligence of the concerned staff, the receipt could not be printed as usual which is quite obvious from the attached image.
3-During the dispatch when the receipt was made available to the aggrieved Atul Kumar Maurya, then he made an objection but the concerned staff assured full cooperation but latter when aggrieved could not track the item and concerned staffs of the company denied to receive any such Tablet, then Atul contacted the concerned staffs of Railway mail service. Initially, he outwardly supported yes boss like the style but now scolds the poor student. Whether it is justified.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is the need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

Undoubtedly the matter is serious and it must be looked into by an honest officer and must find out what is really going on in the department of post at Mirzapur district because there is serious irregularities and mismanagement at the district level in the Mirzapur district. Think about the gravity of situation that the aggrieved student met 10 times to the concerned staff but he did not pay heed to the grievances of the student that's why student made complaint to the social worker Yogi M P Singh.
