Because of dereliction of duty by staffs of Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited , appliances of electricity in the houses of consumers burnt as high voltage current flown through the wires. Damage was estimated to be Rs.500000.00 and aggrieved consumers made concerned officers of the department of Uttar Prdesh power corporation accountable for such huge damage to them.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited is an undertaking of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether it is justified that tragedy which caused havoc to consumers in the village-Hariharpur ,Police station-Jmaalpur ,District-Mirzapur, State-Uttar Pradesh may be overlooked and concerned may not be provided legitimate compensation to them . For detail ,take a glance of attached scanned photo.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether any action was taken by concerned in the following matter alike to aforesaid-
Appropriate action against wrongdoers and public aid to victims.

Every year two or more than two deaths are reported of fourth grade staff of department of electricity in the district Mirzapur but instead providing relief to bereaved family most time is spent on deciding whether victim was franchisee staff or department’s staff. 
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

1a-Please provide the notings in regard to aforesaid correspondences.
1b-Please provide Minutes of proceedings to your applicant.
1c-If any correspondence was made with the concerned ,then made available the copy of the letter.
1d-Please made available the duration in which action is taken by managing director ,UPPCL on the grievances forwarded by chief minister office.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly still your applicant was made available information sought under point 1 (c) and 1(a) in regard to each communication of chief minister office but where is the information sought under point 1(b) and 1(d)? Please take a glance of attached documents with this representation.
 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of subsection 3 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 as follows-

Where an application is made to a public authority requesting for an information,—
(i)
which is held by another public authority; or
(ii)
the subject matter of which is more closely connected with the functions of another public authority,
the public authority, to which such application is made, shall transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to that other public authority and inform the applicant immediately about such transfer:
Provided that the transfer of an application pursuant to this sub-section shall be made as soon as practicable but in no case later than five days from the date of receipt of the application.

  2. Why subsection 3 of section 6 was not applied by public information officer ,uttar pradesh power corporation limited? Whether section 142 will be entertained by executive engineer EDD II ,against whom complaint was made by aggrieved. Whether this is not against principle of natural justice.
