The matter is concerned with the deep-rooted corruption and instead of taking action in the matter, S.B.I. is only making a failed attempt to put carpet on the matter through its staffs and  dilly-dallying approach and procrastination in the matter from the beginning.

Who opened this account? Who operated this account? Who withdrew money from this account? Here Anjali Kumari /appellant knew the details of the account when Passbook was made available by the branch manager concerned to the aggrieved girl student Anjali Kumari/appellant. 1. Who opened this account? Who operated this account? Who withdrew money from this account? Here Anjali Kumari /appellant knew the details of the account when Passbook was made available by the branch manager concerned to the aggrieved girl student Anjali Kumari/appellant. Whether it is not obligatory duty of the public authority State Bank of India to provide responses to the aforementioned queries? Undoubtedly because of corruption in the department, accountable public functionaries are running away from replying aforementioned queries.

  2. मौलिक कर्तव्य यह भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक (क) का कर्तव्य होगा कि वह संविधान का पालन करे और उसके आदर्शों और संस्थानों, राष्ट्रीय ध्वज और राष्ट्रीय गान का सम्मान करे;

  3. When the passbook was provided by branch manager SBI, earlier Rs.12900 was drawn through multiple transactions.
    When Rs.12900 was already drawn from the account of Anjali Kumari, then why concerned are deliberately procrastinating on the issue of taking against wrongdoer staffs of the state bank of India? It is obligatory duty of state bank of India to pay the deducted amount to aggrieved girl student Anjali Kumari.

  4. आप के खाता संख्या -37200461494 जिसका वर्णन आप के पत्र में है से रुपये 12900 .00 की कोई विवरणी दिनांक 28/03/2018 से 25 /12/2018 के बीच उपस्थित नही है | Here total amount withdrawn from account is Rs.12900 and concerned staffs of bank is applying cunning trick to deviate mind and confuse the applicant.
    Applicant is seeking enquiry because whatever amount was withdrawn that was withdrawn by anonymous person colluding with staffs of bank and most surprising they are not carrying out enquiry on the request of Anjali Kumari.

  5. Think about the gravity of situation that rupees 12900 was withdrawn from the account of Anjali Kumari a girl student belonging to the oppressed can never be justified. Undoubtedly concerned staff of the State Bank of India is procrastinating and the matter concerned with the deep rooted corruption in the office of public authority is State Bank of India which must not be promoted otherwise such activities will only create Anarchy in the government departments. How could it be feasibly that account of Anjali Kumari was operated by an anonymous person by colluding with the branch staff after State Bank of India.
