With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows-

1-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that first page of the attached documents is explicitly showing that your request can’t be modified, please try after some time. This page is titled as tax information network of income tax department. This message is displaying throughout the day when the applicant made efforts to log in.
2-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that second page of attached documents is explicitly showing that all the requisite documents are submitted and entire entries are filled up. It is most unfortunate that today page is not opening which implies that some trick has been played by the erring staffs of the department, of income tax of government of India.
3-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that an anonymous individual introducing itself as the staff of the department, of the income tax of government of India, had a lengthy conversation of more than  twenty minutes and thereafter saved documents at the website of Income Tax is not opening and most surprising is that he was asking for again submitting the application quite obvious from his conversation with me attached with this representation.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

                                          Yours sincerely
