Grievance Description : When C.R.P.F. REFUNDED excess fee taken then why not S.B.I. MAY refund commission charged on these worthless transactions. 03 March 2017 00:23 With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is obligatory duty of service provider / S.B.I. TO ensure the security of each transaction made by customer/consumer as it levied commission on these transactions. But it is unfortunate that in order to gratify its greed ,it promoted non fertile transactions by taking recourse of cunning tricks which causes additional income to the bank. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that now C.R.P.F. HAS refunded additionally charged fee deducted through cryptic transactions invited by displaying messages on screen of computer that fee is not paid. Now it is obligatory duty of S.B.I. TO refund the charged commission Rs.48 on four bogus transactions which were reversed by the C.R.P.F. Hon’ble Sir please take the perusal of attached documents with this grievance. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly state bank of India remained failed in regard to ensuring the security to transactions made but now when one of the parties refunded additionally taken fee ,then it must refund the commission Rs.48 levied on these transactions ipso facto obvious from attached documents and earlier exchanged communications. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system.   2. Undoubtedly S.B.I. may provide not only charged commission illegally but also provide compensation as detriment occurred to customer because of its insecure transactions made.
