With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether in the government of India only those mobile numbers are made public which its offices never pickup ipsofacto obvious from the behaviour of aforesaid GMTD HAVING the charges of Mirzapur and Varanasi division.
 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of attached documents with this representation showing the tyranny in the department of BSNL . Whether arbitrariness and irregularities will not be rampant in the department where such tyranny will be prevailed.

A line man is sleeping with Telephone and other instruments necessary for installation in Surekapuram exchange. On inquiry ,revealed the information that as he had taken these articles from the store in order to provide the connection to your applicant but it is unfortunate that concerned didn’t activate the aforesaid number allotted to your applicant. 
 This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Good governance is the reflection of honest and efficient staffs.. Transparency and accountability is the reflection of good governance. NOW time will tell whether efforts of Hon'ble Sir will cause any effect.

  3. Undoubtedly such procrastination’s are quite common in our government machinery and our government functionaries are reluctant to take any action in the matter because of the growing corruption and Anarchy in the government machinery. Undoubtedly for good governance we have to take some tough decisions.
