preetisinghgaharwar@gmail.com and Mobile number, 9336252631. Cause of
grievance – Defective unresponsive item was delivered by the Amazon online
shopping and refund request has been accepted when the item will reach to the
destination but it reached on 29/12/2018 but it seems that they have an
insensitive network. It seems that concerned seller didn’t inform you in
regard to item received by his staff. Ipso facto obvious that item was
delivered on 29/12/2018 at 3:40 PM. Please initiate the process of refund as
promised by during the return order made by the aggrieved lady which means

According to staff of NCH – Company has responded to your grievance
as per their terms and conditions, if you are not satisfied with the company
response you may file your case with Consumer forum following the procedure
prescribed by them. Seller claims that product returned is not which was sold
but aggrieved lady returned the product which was delivered to her. Thus
seller did not provide the product which was promised which is root cause of
product was unresponsive. According to bare laws product once dispatched and
claimant provides the receipt in support then it is accepted that product was
received by the other party. Here entire supportive documents are attached
which are crying that product was returned and concerned received it quite
obvious from the fact that seller claims that product received is not the
product which was sold. Whether first flight courier which delivered the
product is also liar?

investigation and information so received from the seller, we find that you
have not returned the product actually delivered to you vide order
ID171-6417667-8725150. Please reply my following queries. 1-How the returned
item is not alike to your delivered item? 2-How the Amazon online can escape
from the dispute when he charged the price from the consumer and purchase was
made on the credibility of Amazon online shopping and at latter stage they
fully non-cooperated in caucus with imposter shopkeeper? 3-Who is the master
of the product as of now? Where is consumer rights if such cheating will be
proliferated on large scale by the Amazon like foreign companies by colluding
with few black sheep? 4-After charging Rs. 468, customer spent Rs.102 as
return postage, what he has got in exchange? Whether it is not arbitrariness
on the part of Amazon online shopping? 5-Can you explain, how the Amazon
online shopping not looting the innocent and gullible citizenry by selling
such fake defective and incredible items through impostors? 6-Whether any
terms and conditions may be setup by company which may encroach the consumer
rights of the citizenry? 7-How Amazon online shopping can pay the amount to
the impostor shopkeeper when as received item was found dysfunctional quite
obvious from the immediate refund order? 8-Now Amazon will again sell the
returned item and in similar arbitrary manner through imposter and earn the
huge money by cheating citizens of this country. Why Amazon is not revealing
the real name and other details of impostor seller? Please tell me name of
manufacturer detail and his business establishments of impostors item which
is generally available in order to promote the products?

They have made it practice that they deliver unresponsive defective item to the customers and most of the customers after getting unresponsive defective item they only regret on the online shopping only few of them oppose the wrong deeds of the such sellers who sell their items through the online shopping so the sellers always in benefit by providing unresponsive defective materials to the customers. Here role of public staff is very much negative as these sellers through their agents provide the gifts to these staffs so they always Cooperative to this sellers and consumers always suffers losses.
