Today I have purchased 3-G internet pack of Rs,449.00 but showing that DNS server is not responding. Whether it is justified. Whether this is not tantamount to robbery. No internet access is possible on the aforesaid number of Vodafone company.

Contact the Internet Service Provider If the computer is still having issues connecting to the Internet and the network test passes, it is possible that the service is down or the Internet connection software provided by the ISP is not configured correctly. Call the support phone number for the ISP for help with configuring the settings in Windows and the ISP software. Be sure to provide the ISP with the information from the network diagnostics utility.

  1. Why they are charging the 3-G if they have not to provide the 3-G services. This is signal of planned way robbery of common citizens. Here public functionaries are also cooperating to wrongdoers. This is the root cause why they are not taking action against wrong doers.
