What is the cause of delay in providing the services by branch manager S.B.I.?

It seems that S.B.I. will not charge of its services provided to consumers otherwise what is the cause of this procrastination. Whether S.B.I. is not consumer friendly . What is the cause of this tyranny?

Dear Sir, Sir referred account No….45721675 was opened SB TINY-ODGEN- PUB IND-ALL-INR with product code 1611-1411 This type of account is devised in SBI for mass rural public of country, having no accounts anywhere, most of them illiterate and poor, even it is based on bio-metric operation with limited amount, to avoid complication of using voucher’s etc. As the SMS facility is based on multi mobile service provider’s, they charge for it, and ultimately it will shift to the poor customer’s, SMS facility is not enabled with this product. In addition to this, Rupay Debit Card issued with above product, is also having limited transactions merchant facilities.
