Short submissions are as follows. 1-Applicant/aggrieved purchased IKall N4, 4G calling Tablet (7-inch, 1GB, 8GB, VoLTE)(Colour white) IMEI Number-353191080535248 on 17-01-2018 from the platform of online shopping company “SHOPCLUES” by redeeming Rs.4127.00 to aforementioned online shopping company “SHOPCLUES”. 2-As the purchased product is of third grade so just after 15 days of delivery of the item, it became dysfunctional and your applicant/ aggrieved made repeated attempt at local service centre addressed as

But concerned staffs of the service centre only procrastinate instead of redressing the defect of the purchased product.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justified that item bought by the applicant/ aggrieved by spending such huge amount may function only 15 days? Whether it is not a violation of consumer rights of your applicant/aggrieved and most humiliating is the treatment of the staffs of service centre of the company.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

हमारा देश बहुत ही भयावह परिस्थितिओं से गुजर रहा है और हम लोगो को बहुत सावधान हो कर कदम रखने की जरुरत है | सोचिये बयालीस सौ का टेबलेट १५ दिन चला कम से कम बयालीस दिन तो चल जाता |
