Matter is concerned with nonpayment of subsidy provided to poor gas consumers by Government of India including your applicant by the following gas agency-Distributor Name:Vindheshwari Gas Service – IBP

Subject-Direct the concerned to provide subsidy withheld by it on false and flimsy ground.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that agency took the recourse of update of Aadhaar card with the gas connection. Please take a glance of Aadhaar card of your applicant with this representation.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant has updated his bank account with Aadhaar number and staffs of agency took the copy of aadhaar card in order to update with the gas connection of your applicant but didn’t do so as they don’t like transparency and accountability in its working.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it seems that aforesaid agency staffs and concerned public staffs are mostly indulged in order to achieve ulterior selfish motives and such large scale disturbances in reaching to public aid to common people is part of their well planned strategy.
                This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  3. Hon’ble Chief Information Commissioner of India Mr Bimal Julka passed the order for public authority Indian Oil Corporation Limited . First appellate authority of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited was directed by the Chief Information Commissioner of India to reconsider the matter and pass appropriate order.
