Grievance Description : Whether only software processing of ATM machine is substantial proof that payment was made to consumer when customer is staking claim money didn’t come out of ATM Machine.Why C.C. T.V. cameras are not used to check the payment made to customer or not . Whether such Cameras are only show pieces installed in order to win the confidence of consumer in ATMs of banks. What amount put into ATM machine AND how much payment was made may be the ground to check such complaints if records are maintained by the staffs of bank honestly. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir thatHon’ble Sir , staffs of concerned banking institution are justifying your stand on the ground of following software report. Whether this report is substantial proof that aggrieved has withdrawn the Rs.2000.00. Which proves that nothing enquiry was carried out and only procrastination was made and dilly- dallying approach was adopted. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Whether Hon’ble Sir , staffs of concerned banking institution have taken the perusal of grievance if not ,then they must take a glance otherwise multiple grievances would be submitted if video footage was made available to your applicant. Software report can’t be ground of hardware function. It is most surprising that they have video footage in accordance with the direction of Reserve Bank of India as the matter concerned with demonetization period but in order to wrap its corrupt mysterious dealings taking recourse of software generated report of ATM machine which was working correctly. Dear Madam, We are forwarding the reply received from ATMBO that your account No. 50172366104 has already been credited on 15.02.2017 and account no. 50196082908 has already been credited on 18.01.2017. Details : Complainant has already been advised that her ATM cash transaction on 21.12.2016 amounting Rs.2000/- was SUCCESSFUL as per the confirmation received from Vijaya Bank. Complainant has also been advised that our ATM Back Office is in constant touch with Vijaya Bank for such CC TV footage of the transaction but till date they have not received the same. It has been assured to her that as and when same will be received at the Bank it will be forwarded to her. Copy of the letter sent to the complainant is attached herewith for your kind perusal. Hence we request you to close this complaint at your end please.

  1. Hon'ble Sir , staffs of concerned banking institution are justifying your stand on the ground of following software report.   2. जिस ट्रांजैक्सन को आधार बना कर रुपये २००० हडपने का साजिस रची जा रही है उसके बाद के पांच ट्रांजैक्सन फ़ैल हुए है और विडियो फुटेज देना नही चाहते है इसलिए कुछ तो दाल में काला है या पूरी दाल ही काली है
