Undoubtedly there are ample evidences of failure of both vice chancellor and registrar in performing duties but our government is tolerating duo. If the accountability will not be fixed, then anarchy lawlessness and chaos will prevail in our society likewise.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that everyone knows that grievance redressal mechanism is the integral part of a democratic institution but in Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi, there is no such grievance redressal mechanism and here grievance redressal is done behind the screen in which peon and teachers amass huge wealth and open their own colleges and then think about the bosses. Now a days, colleges are mushrooming at the level of blocks. Whether it is not commercialization of education and education must be in the hand of government but its functionaries are selling it in the hand of private partners.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when online application for improvement ended on 01/09/2017, there was too much time for concerned to do preparation but it is true that nothing was done in order to redress the grievances of students who are poor but undoubtedly cryptic practice was followed as usual up till the date of commencement of exam.
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that our constitution says that everyone is alike before the law and everyone has equal protection of law then why campus students were charged Rs.500.00 only and students belonging to affiliated colleges were charged Rs.700.00? Where is rule of law? Whether we are not ruled by jungle law?

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly for aforementioned post, government needs a skilled and qualified not an arrogant and tyrant who instead of thinking of welfare of students prefers to conserve its arrogance ipso facto obvious that aforementioned public staff learnt nothing from its first failure.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that transparency and accountability is the integral part of good governance consequently accountability of controller of examinations of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi can’t be overlooked here because of his dereliction, MGKVP University suffered huge loss. Here this question arises that why did aforementioned public staff not learn a lesson from earlier failures?
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what is the need of those public staffs can’t curb mismanagement and allow large scale mass copy for individual gains? It is most surprising that when electronic tools like mobiles and others are not allowed, then how it reached inside the campus as well as in examination hall? When such illegal activities are taking place under the nose of Vice chancellor and registrar, then sanctity of examinations being conducted at remote centres can easily be guessed. How government is tolerating such public staffs who are not acting according to its will as both central and state government are against the use of unfair means in the examination hall? It seems that government itself not interested to curb the copy otherwise promoters of copy may not be allowed at the key post those people, for individual gains keep the interest of students sidelined.
