Uttar Pradesh electricity regulatory commission will not entertain the grievances submitted under section 142 of of The Electricity Act 2003 as informed by its secretary . C.G.R.F. does not exist in division Vindhyachal/Mirzapur ipsofacto obvious from the contents and attachments . No action is taken on the grievances by the M.D. UPPCL if forwarded by chief minister office to him. Whether we are not facing rampant corruption ,more or less anarchy in the government  specially Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited which is an undertaking of government of uttar pradesh.

Today your applicant made contact to CGRF Mirzapur on Mobile number-9838648054 as available on the website of Uttar Pradesh Regulatory Commission through my Mobile number-9336252631 at 11:05 AM and talked to stranger ( individual) for duration 1 minutes 17 seconds. This was a voice call . The stranger on the mobile phone told your applicant that he was engaged in the service of consumer grievance redressal forum five years ago as judge . This shows that website of UPERC was not updated since five years. Whether the regulatory body is fair in its dealings.

This was a voice call . The stranger on the mobile phone told your applicant that he was engaged in the service of consumer grievance redressal forum five years ago. It increased the curiosity of your applicant in the stranger as mobile number made available at the website of Regulatory commission.

Hon’ble Sir that your applicant have got few startling facts about consumer grievance redressal forum Mirzapur. Today your applicant was watching the progress summary /performance report of various consumer grievance redressal forums , I was shocked to see that total complaint pending during the month ,complaint disposed during the month , complaints in which interim stay orders issued during the month and complaints pending at the end of the month all found zero regarding matters pertained to billing/arrears ,metering ,new connection , permanent disconnection , load reduction /enhancement , quality of supply and others .

    
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Whether sought information was made available if not why? It is confirm that these corrupt public functionaries only misleading the public instead of taking action on their submitted grievances. Since five years consumers grievance forum is not working but who cares about public who are crying and knocking the doors of concerned public functionaries. No one have sympathy with the aggrieved public.
