With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
  1. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether your applicant has no right to use public facilities.  Whether public facilities can be used only by those who have grace of public functionaries  concerned. Whether this is reflection of good governance as few executives never tire in admiring good governance at the centre .
  2. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether truth can be concealed by making efforts like  creating hurdles in seeking information sought under right to information act 2005. Whether this is not insolence on the part of web operator that he is playing bad tricks in order to stop your applicant from seeking information
  3. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that from top to bottom no one talks of rule of law and no one advocates honesty and every one is busy to safeguard its settings. Few are amassing huge wealth and most are on the verge of hunger and hunger deaths are the lead stories of the dailies every day but still we are having good governance Whether this is not surprising.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                                                                 Yours  sincerely

  3. How much surprising that we are living in country where lacunae of public staffs are concealed on flimsy ground.? Ipso facto obvious that information sent from e-mail will not be considered whether it may have information concerned with larger public interest.
