On the first page of the attached document, the message is displayed in red as -Documents are successfully saved. The report of the officer will promote the corruption in the department. Here this question arises that whether officer checked the attached documents as she was saying that I have not applied on the website of NSDL but attached documents are crying that entire documents are successfully saved on the website and message was not sent by the website is the part of cryptic dealings of the concerned as PAN card is the source of backdoor income of corrupt staffs of the department. Poors are being looted as they are being charged arbitrarily in the name of PAN card by the staff concerned. It is most surprising that attached documents explicit proof of irregularity as concerned staff redressed the grievance without taking the perusal of them. Here corruption is rampant in the system and no accountable public functionaries are subjected to proper scrutiny if allegations are made.
Concerned has only misled the CPGRAM through its false and misleading claims as the applicant has applied on the portal where they are claiming to suggest the applicant. But in order to get the complaint closed, they are making such false concocted story to mislead the concerned responsible functionaries and most surprising is that I have the audio recording of the call made by them on my mobile number-7379105911 which lasted in 22 minutes. I think that to get the public grievances disposed of, concerned public staffs make such deliberate false concocted stories is really regretting. Whether good governance can be provided by escaping from the complaints of the citizenry. Application for PAN Card was submitted from the website of the income tax quite obvious from the other concerned grievance in the same matter. Why not concerned took a glance of attached documents in the other grievances on this august portal or why registration number not checked by them. Carelessness on the part of the department of income tax is obvious from the fact that no fee payment is required and documents are repeatedly saved and submitted quite obvious from screenshot but concerned not interested in providing PAN card.
Aggrieved lady submitted entire documents frequently but the application was made to make available the PAN Card on the e-mail which is free from a fee charged by the concerned. There is ample evidence of saving the documents which were made available to them and in latter grievances also be made available to the concerned staffs of the department of income tax of India. When the applicant can save the document repeatedly on the website of the department of income tax of India, then why she will not click on submit in order to submit. If she is not submitting why she is saving the documents time and again.
