Hon’ble prime minister Sir ,according to you Hon’ble Sir cashless payment is better than cash payment which means every one may have opened account in the bank and perform every transaction through electronic means ,undoubtedly great thought but will succeed only when if there will be transparency and accountability in the function of banking institutions of this country.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that S.B.I. Levied the commission Rs.413.00  in the name of Citrus Payment Solutions  and now they are saying that We presume that Rs.413.80 has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through Internet Banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password . When S.B.I. charged commission for every transaction ,then why at latter stage so huge commission was deducted? Why they are not providing transaction detail causing huge commission  Rs.413.00?My allegations against S.B.I. Staffs and concerned still continued as they had done nothing in order to redress the grievance of your applicant .
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justified that S.B.I. May charge the commission after 24 hours of transaction done and this commission/service charges may not be included in the payment receipt. Whether such dealing may be considered transparent and accountable and not opening the gate of rampant corruption.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that reserve bank of India is regulatory body of banking institutions in India and your applicant sought information as please provide reason and regulations in regard to disproportionate charging of commission by state bank of India from the poor students in the name of collection of fee as fee structure is followed.
1-For collection of Rs.50 , service charges levied on poor students  Rs.57 i.e. More than the collection amount.
2-For collection of Rs.100 , service charges levied on poor students   Rs.57  .
3-For collection of Rs.200 , service charges levied on poor students   Rs.57  .
4-For collection of Rs.300 , service charges levied on poor students   Rs.57  .
CPIO , reserve bank of India did not make available any information and during the hearing on 5-Dec-2016 before the information commissioner Majula Parashar .denied the sought information on the ground that sought information is concerned with the state bank of India not reserved bank of India and when your applicant sought transfer of R.T.I. Communique under subsection 3 of section 6 of Right to Information act 2005,she disconnected the phone. Whether such behaviour of public functionaries is not cryptic.
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to CHIEF MANAGER SBI, “you are habitual to use un- parliamentary language against the Bank”. Every one knows that what is robbery and Sir what is being done by S.B.I. is tantamount to daylight robbery in view of your applicant ipso facto obvious from the working style of state bank of India.

    Dear Sir,
In terms of your above mentioned complaint, we have to advise that you are habitual to use un- parliamentary language against the Bank, it is not acceptable to us. Bank’s service charges are uniform and available in Public domain. Bank never charge discriminately from its customers and public in general.
It is presumed that Rs.413.80 has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through internet banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password. If anything contrary of the above, you may report it separately to enable us to do needful accordingly.
    Yours faithfully,
    CHIEF MANAGER(ADMN)
5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when bank has already levied the service charges even on failed transactions and didn’t refund back to account of your applicant  ,then how can it charge so huge commission from the account of your applicant arbitrarily.

Despite your complaints are always vague, never in specific manner,  we are submitting that,
    i)                    All the service charges are pre defined for whole bank, and not variable with situation/ beneficiary etc., always available in Public Domain, to the choice of services for each customer. This had been communicated to you in all our previous communications.
ii)                   We presume that Rs.413.80 has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through Internet Banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password. If anything contrary of above you report it separately, we will handle the matter as who had used your INB facility, accordingly.
iii)                 With reference to the “disproportionate charging of commission by State Bank of India from the poor students” we are dealing here individual customer wise and not the whole society. So we are unable to reply in the matter.

6-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not corruption that during the transaction it/website SBI shows zero service charges if payment made through Internet Banking but after payment ,24 hours latter Rs.12 is deducted. Whether for such tiny payment/EXAM FEE  a student will commence the job of internet bankingWhether for the such huge commission collected in the name of promoting internet banking , state bank of India provides tax to the government of India if not why accountable public functionaries of government of India is not taking action against the staffs of income tax department.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                                                                     Yours  sincerely
