Undoubtedly the arbitrary decision taken by the chief engineer in issuing circular.

After considering field difficulties experienced in the past in having recruited candidates with Physics and Chemist qualifications did not practically give good results.
Whether such ground can constitute rational decision as necessity of these experts can be fulfilled by arbitrary decision of Engineer? Undoubtedly for better performance, we need skilled staffs which feasible through transparent and accountable competition but instead of proper choice he ignored the requisite qualification which may cause havoc to mission.

As per G.O. No MS. 141 dated 24-08-16
The Cheif Engineer, Water Resources Department, State Ground and surface water resources data centre has that due to non-availability of suitable candidates by method of transfer or by recruitment by transfer, he has proposed to retain direct  recruitment and to moit other methods of appointment. He has also reported that without the knowledge of geology, assistant Geophysicist and Assistant Feochemist cant interpret the findings. After considering field difficulties experienced in the past in having recruited candidates with Physics and Chemist qualifications did not practically give good results. He has, therfore, proposed to prescribe Master of Science in Geology as compulsory qualification in the adhoc rules.

Sir/Madam,

Is this the way to solve this issue and abolishing the chemistry qulaified candidates in the recruitment either by transfer or by direct recruitment. Will the geology qulaified candidates do chemical analysis better than chemistry graduates? Did geology students under gone any chemical practical work like chemistry graduates from school, UG and PG level? If chemistry graduates require geology knowledge teach them with Geology specialist in PWD and train them. In my personal issue with Drug control department also the same issue was there to avoid chemistry graduates in the recruiment of Junior analyst. In this way they completely remove chemistry qualified candidates in the recruitment of government servants for tecnical posts.

Sir/madam,

The assistant Geochemist post code 1752 for the service of code 29 has the change of educational qualification from chemistry to geology. Notification no 01/2012 has chemistry qualification but now it is removed for the same post in notification no 09/2019. May I know the reason or any GO for this changes?

Nice sir

Mahesh Pratap Singh Yogi M. P. Singh

Everyone knows that here rules are made to earn more money and promote back door income which is common in every public office in this largest democracy in the world. Because of bad policies of our public functionaries our society is going to divide into two categories one outfit is of rich people and the other outfit is a poor people which constitute 90% of the population. Consequently the ninty percent people are on the verge of hunger. Entire infrastructure of this country is being used by 10% people and 90% people are only sufferers. Whether such practice is not the human rights violation of large section of people.
