Hon’ble Sir -Your applicant is deprived from the aid being provided by Government of India as there is sheer anomaly in providing the government aid by its staff  to the sufferers of excessive rain and snow and ice fall. Whether it is justified that the fund made available by the central government be misused by the staff of Government of Uttar Pradesh.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that cheques are being provided to those who are giving illegal gratification to the concerned.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that they are saying that when we exhausting energy in order to benefit the farmers ,then it is obligatory duty of farmers to compensate them as convenience fee .
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to them if those entitled for aid will be provided cheque , then they will not oblige and nothing we will get so most of cheques be provided to those who are actually not entitled for cheque. There is need to form a committee at central government level which may look into the matter and recommend proper action against wrongdoers.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  1. Whether the excellence in the services is feasible by not accepting the submitted grievances. This shows that to overcome poverty , eliminate the poor.

  2. Here it has been mentioned that government of Uttar Pradesh only accepts the grievance but never dispose it. Whether government of Uttar Pradesh is above the law.
