An
application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to get a refund of
the amount deducted from the account of the aggrieved applicant Nanhku Prashad
Mishra a student pursuing his study in Allahabad, due to the failed transaction
in the ATM of the state bank of India located at Katghar Chauraha, Muththi
Ganj, District-Allahabad now Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

The matter is concerned with illegal deduction from the account of
the aggrieved applicant Nanhku Prashad Mishra, Name account holder -Nanhku
Prashad Mishra whose name of the father is Kailash Nath Mishra address is as
follows-Village-Raikal, Post-Kanhaipur, Deep Nagar District-Mirzapur, the
Account number is 11880100062815 Allahabad U. P. Grameen Bank located at Deep
Nagar Tahsil-Marihan District-Mirzapur PIN Code-231309. The aggrieved student
applicant Nanhku Prashad Mishra had talked to customer care of state bank of
India but they suggested to talk with his own bank but the number available on
documents of the bank Allahabad U. P. Grameen Bank were busy so concerned could
not be contacted.
 

The
total amount deducted from the account of the aggrieved applicant is Rs.1500
quite obvious from the attached PDF document. Sir, please help the poor student
so that may not be distracted from its goal because of such unproductive
activities arose because of mismanagement

the case of dispute is arisen, then state bank of India is a necessary party in
the matter so, in accordance with the law, the representation must be submitted
to them also. Here transaction is failed in the ATM of the state bank of India.

Because of instant action, aggrieved could get his illegally deducted amount from the account. There are so many cases in which banks categorically denied to pay the amount deducted during the failed transactions. The total amount deducted from the account of the aggrieved applicant is Rs.1500 quite obvious from the attached PDF document. Sir, please help the poor student so that may not be distracted from its goal because of such unproductive activities arose because of mismanagement.

Undoubtedly student must be grateful to the public spirited person who immediately submitted grievance for the vulnerable student so that he may get refund of the deducted amount immediately into his account. Thanks to a public spirited people who are fighting against illegal activities after Karam to public functionaries who are eating the public system like termite a tree. We are living in the era of corruption and those who are are obliged to protect us are acting like predators so the need of hour is to be alert.
