Following
is the message sent on my mobile number-9794103433 which is linked to my state
bank of India account 38071833483. Which quite obvious from the attached
documents to this representation. But it is unfortunate nowadays following
messages are being sent on my mobile number concerned with the account …6544
which is highly objectionable on the part of the applicant. Think about the
following message sent on yesterday on my aforementioned mobile
number-9794103433 whether such things are not illegal.

Aforementioned
message sent from TX-BUPGBX whose screen print is attached to the complaint.
Please order an enquiry in the matter so that those attacking the privacy of an
individual must be subjected to proper scrutiny under an appropriate court of
law. Nowadays applicant is deprived of the Mobile services accessible to the
applicant as an account holder of the state bank of India.

Description

The
matter is concerned inconsistent and arbitrary disposal of Grievance Status for
registration number: DEABD/E/2019/10958 by the staff of public authority State
Bank of India. According to branch manager, the post could not be delivered
because of the wrong address but according to a detail report of the
superintendent of the post, speed post could not be delivered because of
unavailability of spouse name/guardian name which categorically implies that
address was accurate fault was on the part of the staff of public authority
state bank of India. How can it be justified that defaulter is the state bank
of India and branch manager request the applicant to visit at the branch office
instead of itself visiting at the home of the aggrieved applicant to deliver
the debit card i.e. rupay card as the applicant is not free to move like her as
she respects the traditional values and cultures. 1-There is no need to correct
the address yes if something requires i.e. a thorough enquiry by the team of
honest officers. 2-At present, two SBI accounts are connected, one of them is
an account of the aggrieved applicant but other account detail can only be
revealed by the corrupt staffs of the state bank of India.3-Four registered
letters has been sent to the applicant and one of them is attached to
representation. If the address is wrong then how these communications are
reaching to the applicant. Branch manager is welcome at home.

If the address is wrong then how these communications are reaching to the applicant. Branch manager is welcome at home.

Here this question arises that how state bank of india cam register can register two bank accounts on one mobile number which is quite obvious from the screen print attached to the post. Undoubtedly this cunning trick has been applied by the staff of the state bank of India in order to deprive the lady consumer from the mobile services of the SBI. This is an illegal work and an attack on the privacy of account holders which is punishable under the appropriate law of land. It is most unfortunate that no accountable public functionaries pay heed to genuine demand of the citizenry.

Such illegal will remain continued unless action would be taken against branch manager state bank of India quite obvious from her working style. How can such arbitrariness be tolerated by the state bank of India with its customers who are harshly treated through jungle raj of branch manager concerned.
