Complaint under the Public Interest Disclosure – ATR of my earlier Complaint on same Subject Matter Dated 01-06-2014 – No Reply till date- Dead line is over- My Very old E-Mails were also not answered a single time

The Most Respected & Hon’ble Sir/Madam,                  Date : 13/06/2014


 I joined Punjab National Bank in June 1984 as Clerk-cum-Cashier & I
was given Compulsory Retirement in 2008 from SURENDRANAGAR ( Gujarat )
Branch. The Distinctive No. of this Branch is 0440.
 I remained as Clerk-cum-Cashier only till my CSR.
Despite, my sending of so many innumerable E-Mails to HRD, New Delhi &
Other Depts, I still have neither received any reply nor my Total
Service Certificate.

Secondly, LIMBDI Branch ( Dist : Surendranagar, Gujarat ) is not
giving me 1% more Intt. on FDRs.

This Branch ( during 2010-2011 ) is not treating me as an Ex-Employee
& I withdrew & closed all my Deposit Accounts very  long back. Hence,
give me in writing on PNB Letter Head, duly issued from HRD, HO, New
Delhi that I must be treated as an Ex-Employee for all available
purposes for Ex-Employee in PNB at par. If not treated at Par, please
give me in Writing on Punjab National Bank Letter Head , HRD, HO, New

If I’m not given any satisfactory reply & Service Certificate at my
following present Address within 10 working
 days, I’ll be compelled to lodge Complaint with CMD, Ombudsman & many
other Authorities including Human Rights. This  may be treated in
correct & right spirit, this is my long long long long long
outstanding Humble written Requests.

 I must be given priority.

Commissioner Shri Pradeep Sir,

 Please find attached MS Word file, which E-Mail was sent by me in
2013, till to-day there is no Answer from any Respected Officer of
Punjab National Bank, No Action/Enquiry held on any officer of Punjab
National Bank till now & No Action from your side is taken till
to-day. I was told by your toll-free No. that Actions will be taken
after three months from the Date of your Complaint E-Mail.

 Extremely Sorry to say that an Ex-Staff is not getting any Reply ,
nor his demand of TOTAL SERVICE CERTIFICATE till to-day, then CVC
people is a third Party , what has to be done by CVS in the Whistle
Blower or another person’s Complaint in Writing. Extremely SAD.

 Sir, kindly look into the seriousness in the attached MS Word file &
try to give me Justice. Erring Officer might have given Resignation
till now or they might have Honourably Retired by PNB Management & let
them go scot-free.

  1. The excellent characteristic of Democratic republic is good governance which implies that each action of public functionaries must be in accordance with the rule of law. Consequently each action of public authority must be just fair and reasoned. This is obligatory constitutional duty of employer to provide appropriate opportunity to aggrieved employee to be heard before taking any action but here is sheer anarchy . Right to reason is indispensable part sound judicial system as quoted by apex court number of occasions also expressed its need in bureaucratic function but who cared about it. Whether any competent authority told the aggrieved the reason of not taking action. It may be new incumbent . at centre may follow the rule of law. Please make/submit few more representations.
