1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that applicant had the conversation with customer care executive at 11:03 PM on 11-01-2018 which lasted 09 minutes 55 seconds on his registered mobile number- 7379105911. 
Matter arose because of defective

Most surprising is that here customer is compelled to take the article provided by the staffs of the courier in the packet. Think about it that if the applicant were apprised of the fact that LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)is damaged, whether your applicant ever accepts the defective article? Courier staff first ensure delivery and don’t want to see the product inside the packet.

Why is it not ensured that whether delivered product is right or wrong instead of taking sign as a confirmation of delivery? In the name of delivery of product, any defective item can be made available to to customer.When it has been proved that defective article has been delivered, then this question arises that whether defective article has the same price as the non-defective item if not why concerned are not interested to resolve by adopting middle approach?
