1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Aadhaar card is merely a identity card ensures the authenticity of identity of a consumer but not
ensures the eligibility that whether the consumer is entitled of subsidised gas cylinders or not. Consequently a genuine gas connection holder can’t

Aadhaar cards with their connection. Whether it is justified and promoted by allowing such unlawful practice.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that hundreds of such consumers deprived by Vindheshwari Gas Service, Bharatganj, ,Rajapur,
Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and scores of them belonging to rural area met to your applicant and articulated their miseries but it is unfortunate that
when matter raised before local staffs of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, their response was frustrating and disappointing. Sir poor people of
vulnerable section of society can’t be allowed to be easy prey in the hand of corruption perpetrators ipso facto obvious.
