Grievance Description : Please TAKE a glance of following grievance sent by applicant concerned to various accountable public functionaries including Hon’ble president sir. Please take a glance of attached documents with this representation. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether the reply of concerned bank staffs is not cryptic in regard to following submissions under the aforesaid grievance. Details : चालू लीज़ में किराया बढ़ोतरी संभव नहीं है तथा जब लीज़ अनुबंध में बैंक को भवन मालिक ने वी-सेट लगाने की अनुमति बिना किराए के लिए दे रखी है तो किराए की मांग किया जाना अनुचित है, अत: मंडल कार्यालय की संस्तुाति को स्वीकार कर सक्षम पदाधिकारी द्वारा शिकायत को निरस्तु किया गया ।

  2. Whether bank don't increase its tariff in five years, if it can increase its tariff, then why not rent . Premises being used for commercial purposes but landlord is impatiently waiting long span 10 years in order to get increased rent.
