I am S. Sudalai Kumar, Chemist in department of geology and mining , have been placed under suspension by women staff members under fake grave charges of molestation, untouchability and sex harassment cases since 22 July 2019 and now completed almost six months time periods of suspension with half salary as allowances for my survival in costliest city chennai. I am being unemployed from 23 rd July 2019 to till today and eligible for full salary as per Payment of Subsistence I981 : T.N. Act 43 Allowance THE TAMIL NADU PAYMENT OF SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE ACT, 1981 for the completion of six months time period.
The great people of my department , industries department and Chief secretaries office will not do any thing for me and wasted my time by writing to them. Please understand my anxiety and difficulties in suspension under fake charges and not releasing the inquiry report. Please Get my inquiry report and I will file a case in Chennai High court and in other grievances portal. The prostitution is not the main issue in my case. The intelligent people are using it to as a tool to escape corrupted officers from Mining scam 100 Lakhs of Crores of money since it is a sensitive issue. If prostitution is the main issue, what prevented these honorable people to file a case against me
since the law is favorable to them. They will not file a case against me on mining scam also since they all will be exposed since it is a fact. Please understand my concern of all these people act against me in the same department. These are all common in my PhD life. I have come up in life since I was able to over come all allegations, complaints, harassment from professors in university of Hyderabad,Government officials of TNPSC and goons attack from my family and black magicians of my father side.
I am now forced to write another explanation of filling a case in civil court against the ladies concerned for molestation charges on me and then only , this will come to an end. I am facing more problems than anybody else in the country since I fight against injustice, but still I continue my work.
Government officials of mining department have made unwarranted comments to defame me. This is unwarranted libel written with malice and ill will which has adversely affected the feelings, intelligence, honour and dignity of me. They have degraded and exposed me to ridicule, public hatred and prejudice in the way of my profession. The alleged defamatory words were written in my inquiry report with evil motive and ill will and with malicious and deliberate intention of outraging the dignity of me. Their action has caused mental agony, torture to me. Their description of me is highly libelous, defamatory and imputing my name, fame and reputation. I reserve the right to proceed against them all for compensatory and damage proceedings under Section 500/502 of I.P.C and under Tort. They are responsible to prove the allegation under strict liability rules. They have to pay the vindictive and exemplary damages on account of loss of reputation and mental peace: Exemplary cost of two crores (for defamation & causing mental agony and physical damage). Are they ready to undergo Lie detector or take oath over your children and father that I did molestation which DGM refused to do fearing that they would be exposed ?
