Grievance Description
The matter concerns the damage of culvert in Hindi puliya made over the road to bypass water as usually made to avoid damages to road links to Enasamy temple in Pattarpuram village. People aggrieved with damage of culvert belong to The Pattarpuram village of Block Name Nanguneri taluk TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT. This temporary culvert is the outcome of contribution of poor people as Development Administration overlooked the repeated representation. Law order machinery is the state government.
The demand of the poor people is
1- Either Government of Tamil Nadu take swift action to construct the culvert in wide public interest.
2-Or direct the district administration and police concerned to manage the repair of culvert through the owner of heavy vehicle which caused the damage of temporary culvert.
In view of growing resentment among the masses and devotees of temple, government functionaries may not adopt lackadaisical approach in the matter. Representations sent by Dr. Sudalai Kumar attached to the representation. Please take action abruptly.

From the attached photographs it is quite obvious that any heavy vehicle passed through the road which caused the damage so it is obligatory duty of concerned public staff to act in public spirit to overcome the grievances of the concerned people.
Undoubtedly the need of hour is that concerned government staffs maybe instrumental in getting the road repaired but I think that they will procrastinate on the matter as usual their habit is not to act swiftly.
Government functionaries concerned may take action in the matter without undue delay.The matter concerns with the wide public interest invites due care and attention of them. This broken culvert may cause not only casualty to the people passing by but also accumulation of water.
It is most unfortunate that culvert still not repaired and passing through link road are cursing the government staffs concerned and owner of the heavy vehicle responsible for the damage of the road. But in my individual view, it is fault of government of state and central as they had to take the grievances seriously and standard culvert had to be constructed.
Here most important thing is that the culvert which has been damaged because of the heavyweight vehicle passed through the link road was repaired by the government functionaries or concerned people who are responsible for the damaging of the culvert I think that they have not done so which is the representation of the mockery of the law of land and mismanagement in the government machinery that it is overlooking the grievances of the people concerned with the wide public interest.
