An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India in order to seek justice for a senior woman citizen belonging to weaker and downtrodden section.
To
                Hon’ble chief justice of India
Supreme court of India New Delhi
Subject-Concerned public authority Employees Provident Fund Organization may be directed to provide the pension of the revered old lady without any delay and more procrastination.
Matter of fact is as follows- Prabhavati Devi W/O Ram Nath Village-Adampur Post-Nibi Gaharwar, Police station-Vindhyachal, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh and PIN Code-231303 is now the widow of Late Ram Nath but EPFO is seeking details from Rama Devi W/O Ram Nath Village-Adampur Post-Nibi Gaharwar, Police station-Vindhyachal, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh and PIN Code-231303 ipso facto obvious from the first page of the attached documents. How can vulnerable old lady provide the documents in the name of Rama Devi consequently they arbitrarily withheld the pension being provided for living being of the family? Consequently, poor lady has been sick and the family is on the verge of hunger. Whether justice is available to this poor old lady in this largest democracy in the world?
With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance at the detail of the Late Ram Nath Village-Adampur Post-Nibi Gaharwar, Police station-Vindhyachal, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh and PIN Code-231303 as follows-

Monthly Pension will be resumed on receipt of life certificate either digitally or manually.
2-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that second and third page of the attached PDF document is the bank details of the departed Ram Nath in which balance amount is Rs.11685.69  but can’t be withdrawn by the vulnerable lady as cunning trick has been played by the concerned. One day old lady will also be departed from this mortal world with the desire that one day she will get the pension of her husband.
3-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that third, fourth and fifth page of the attached document is the Aadhar Card and Bank pass book issued by the state bank of India. Aadhar Card number of the aggrieved lady is 918182146159 which can be easily perused by the concerned accountable public functionaries. If the name of the wife of late Ram Nath is Prabhavati Devi, not Rama Devi as mentioned by the concerned staff of the government, then how the aggrieved may change her name as sought by the staff of the government.
4-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when there are no other claimants of the pension of the late Ram Nath then why concerned public functionaries are playing the cunning game of changing the name of the wife of the late pensioner and itself playing the game of stumbling block. Whether it is not a conspiracy to deprive the vulnerable old lady of her constitutional and human rights? Where is the social justice in this society and rights of women and children?
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.                                                          Yours sincerely

Whether it is not dereliction of the duty that old lady is still deprived of the pension was being provided to her late husband by the government of India. How the justice is available to weaker section in this largest democracy in the world? Here most important point is whether aggrieved old widow is entitled for the pension being provided to her late husband, if she is entitled then how concerned staffs of the government can procrastinate and still not provided.
