The matter sent to information commission state of Maharashtra is still awaiting their decision. They may communicate in English instead of Marathi.They can also communicate in Hindi as mother tongue but they have ulterior motive so they are not furnishing information in English as sought.
1-Copy of noting made by various officers as grievance passed through several tables.
2-Copy of the communications exchanged in regard to the grievance.
3-Provide the action taken in the matter with name and designation of the investigation officer.
4-Cause of delay in investigation completion.

They must provide the information as sought in the English as sought by the information seeker. It is rule that public information officer had to provide information in English or the language in which information is sought by the information seeker. Here they know well that information seeker does not know the Marathi so they have provided information in Marathi.

It is quite obvious that the first appellate authority submitted its report on the Right to Information Act portal of the Maharashtra government on yesterday. This implies that he took more than 1 year to dispose of the first appeal submitted by the appellant which is a mockery of The Right to Information act 2005.

Right to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the public offices which means to overcome the menace of corruption this August act was brought up by the government of India but it seems that corruption has overshadowed this act and it is mockery of the law of land that everything positively brought up by the government is overlooked by the corrupt public functionaries and we are handicapped to tackle a such situation.
