This is with reference to your query regarding DTH recharge of Rs.100 initiated using Paytm. Ipso facto obvious that Dish TV has charged Rs.100 as service charges but still they are not providing the services to the concerned customer. 1-Why are they not refunding back the paid amount in order to seek services of the Dish TV which they are reluctant to provide the customer? 2-They are making the complaint to me daily as they have paid Rs.100 in order to seek services but when I queried to Paytm aforementioned response was made by the Staffs of the Paytm. Why company accepts those payments in which it actually not interested to provide the services? Whether such acts of the Dish TV company is not tantamount to act of Robbers who snatch the bag and baggage of travellers?

If they are not interested to provide the service, then they maust refund the paid amount to account from where it was paid.
