With reference to your grievance regarding fraudulent transaction in your account, we request you to kindly contact the branch where you hold your account and report this issue.
We would also like to inform you that a complaint was registered regarding the same under the ticket number CR1273127171625 on 16/12/2016 dated and the same has been attended and closed on 16/12/2016.
As per the resolution, we would like to inform you that the payment was made through Internet Banking to Citrus Payment Solution; we would also like to inform you that the bank has no INB user id and password of any customer.
For further assistance, we request you to kindly contact the branch where the account is maintained and request the same. Our branch officials will be glad to assist you.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.

  1. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justified to arbitrarily deduct the money from the account of your applicant  in the name of citrus payment solutions. Whether the amount deposited after demonetization of currency by your applicant will be looted by the state bank of India in this way.Few days ago , state bank of India had looted Rs. 59 from account in the name of intercity chargess.  Reason is customer service centre was closed by its lady branch manager arbitrarily where aforesaid jan dhan account  was opened by your applicant so your applicant deposited the demonetized currency to the branch Lalganj Mirzapur of state bank of India and in the name of non home branch ,illegal charges were levied on your applicant  . 
  2. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that our great prime minister Sir is promoting non cash payment like brand ambassador of Banking institutions and premium banking institution state bank of India is looting its consumers in the name of various service charges like citrus payment solutions.
  3. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is bitter truth that our public functionaries itself making mockery of rule of law but in the name of curbing rampant corruption in the government machineryinnocent  common citizenry is targeted to divert the attention of people from real issues.  Here state bank of India must provide the detail reason of deduction and transactions on which charges levied.

   This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Now at present credibility of courts has reached to nadir because of rampant corruption in the judiciary. I don't think they will provide sought information . These are cunning tricks .It seems that honesty has been out of context and sheer dishonesty causing damage to our system in great intensity.
    Here every where is rampant corruption and every public functionary is busy in setting out his corrupt circle. Mr. Chief Manager S.B.I. when you had already charged commission during each transaction how this huge commission in the name of citrus payment solutions.Undoubtedly we are facing to much precarious situation. Whether our prime minister couldn't curb this anarchy. Why there is sheer arbitrariness in our public offices. It seems that honesty is beyond our reach.
