The matter is concerned with regarding the mobile recharge of Rs 147on Mobile number- 7317592925 by using Paytm. I have mistakenly recharged the wrong number Recharge Of Airtel Mobile 7317592925. Although, benefit(s) has been successfully credited to the said number and said number holder now beneficiary is not the master of the paid amount so concerned may be instrumental in credit of recharge to be transferred to my Airtel mobile number-7237849131which was actually to be recharged. My humble request is to reverse the recharge made as aforementioned to my My mobile number-7237849131. I made the efforts in this regard by making a request to help-team of the paytm but they couldn’t as now ball in the court of customer care of Airtel Mobile company.

Customer Complained regarding he recharged mistakenly on the wrong number with Rs. 147/- and asking for the refund. As checked, Need to inform the customer that the recharge once done can not be cancelled and reversed as airtel do not have any option of debiting the same from the recharged number. Denial given for any refund. Case closed.

I am seeking address in order to file a case for damages in the consumer forum instead of such useless pieces of advice which are part of cryptic dealings of Ebay online shopping and its attached sellers quite obvious from attachments. Manufacturer warranty is subject of the genuine item delivered not the defective item as served by Ebay online Shopping. A defaulter can’t be a judge so the company may restrain itself from deciding what to do the consumer as it is subject of the appropriate forum. Why are the concerned procrastinating in simply providing some feedback which is essential in order to conduct a business in any country? Whether you don’t know the office address of duo as sought to file a consumer case, In order to hassle-free proceedings, there must be feedback regarding the location of the office situated in India and nominated staffs of the company and firm carrying out business in the country in my case specifically India. 1-Where is recognized office of the Ebay online shopping from where the company is propagating its commercial activities? 2-What is the Name and designation of the staff of the Ebay online shopping authorized to entertain legal notices on behalf of the company and address detail of the staff? 3-Where is recognized office of the seller concerned with the Ebay online shopping and served defective item in the name of the new and genuine item from where the seller is propagating its commercial activities? 4-What is the Name and designation of the staff of the aforementioned seller authorized to entertain legal notices on behalf of the seller and address detail of the staff?

Customer Complained regarding recharge of Rs. 99 done twice on his number via paytm due to no confirmation of first successful recharge received from airtel and asking for refund of 2nd recharge in his paytm account. Called the Customer and informed that as the recharge once done can not be cancelled we can only compensate and refund Rs.99/- in the form of main balance on Customer’s number . Hence refund on Paytm A/C is not possible. No refund given as the customer is not agreed. Case Closed.
