    bank of India knew on 03/12/2018 that postal department will dispatch the
    speed post with ID Speed Post No. EB789561604IN on 11/12/2018 addressed to
    Branch Manager SBI Mirzapur if yes why the applicant was misled so, quite
    obvious from SMS dated 04-December 2018 on the page second of the attached
    documents and communications of the superintendent of post district Mirzapur.
    According to SBI,
    Debit card dispatched on 03/12/2018 which is quite obvious from the following
    SMS received on the registered mobile number-9794103433 of the aggrieved lady
    applicant. Please take a glance of a screen print of SMS sent on the
    04-December-2018 on the registered mobile as aforementioned. Vide page two of
    the attached documents. Content: Your SBI Debit Card ending with 2918
    dispatched on 03122018 through Speed Post No. EB789561604IN.Please follow
    instructions on the welcome letter to generate your PIN
    Now humble request
    of the applicant is that according to online tracking of speed registered
    post, item was dispatched on 11/12/2018. Here this question arises that
    whether the article was missing since 03/12/2018 to 11/12/2018 when traced,
    then it was dispatched by the concerned. Please take a glance at the detail of
    the tracking of the speed registered post of the state bank of India.
    According to the superintendent of the post, District Mirzapur speed Post No.
    EB789561604IN was dispatched on 11/12/2018 quite obvious from the online speed
    post tracking and the latest status is attached with the representation in the
    form of PDF documents.
    Here the matter is
    concerned with the rights of the vulnerable section so must be looked into
    with the due care and attention. Undoubtedly concerned are procrastinating on
    my application concerned with the matter under transparency act which implies
    that such cryptic function is the part of the function of public authority
    state bank of India. Following is the reply of the state bank of India.

    has been already replied suitably by the branch. branch reply attached
    It means concerned
    staff of the bank either did not understand the contents of the submitted
    grievance or deliberately trying to make front individual stupid. Here matter
    is concerned with the irregularity so action must be taken against the
    wrongdoers who are cheating the citizens. Few people told the applicant that
    there is tacit understanding between the post office and bank and first debit
    cards are not made available to the holder and latter he is subjected to the
    illegal bribe in order to provide the debit card or rupay card. Numerous
    applications and lackadaisical approach of the concerned responsible public
    functionaries to them is the signal that no one wants to curb anarchy as each
    one is colluding with each other in this unlawful practice.

Please CPIO may be directed to provide the following information point wise as sought.
1-Information seeker Preeti Singh may be provided certified copy of the signed application dated 06-Nov-2018 submitted by herself in order to open account in SBI branch city District-Mirzapur. Vide attached document.

Central Public Information Officer must provide the sought information within the time stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information act 2005 ipso facto obvious that concerned Central Public Information Officer did not provide the sought information within the prescribed time thus he violated the subsection 1 of section 7 Right to Information act 2005 but it is unfortunate that no accountable public functionary will ever take action against such earring Central Public Information Officer.
