There must be pragmatic approach to curb the grown anarchy in the system.

Whether it is feasible that in one drive ,entire dilapidated system may be rejuvenated . Hon’ble Prime minister Narendra Modi itself accepts this fact that it would require longer time to correct the system. Undoubtedly Hon’ble P. M. wants that grown anarchy in the system may be curbed slowly and slowly.

Grievance Description : Allahabad bank Pavari Kala Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh -Matter is concerned with steep hike in the commission in making Kisan Credit Card in Haliya block of district-Mirzapur. 01 September 2015 21:41 Your applicant is Shree Krishna Tripathi S/O Matadeehal Tripathi is the resident of Village -Magarvilaa Post-Pavari Kala , Haliya ,District-Mirzapur , State-Uttar Pradesh Hon’ble Sir-Your applicant is a farmer and wants to take loan from Pavari Kala branch of Allahabad bank in Mirzapur district. Most surprising that Bank Manager of aforesaid branch sanction the loan preferably to those who are the highest bidders in regard to pay commission. Hon’ble Sir your applicant sought Rs.300000.00 loan ,then concerned bank manager through bank agent sought 7% commission but now they are providing only Rs.228000.00 by decreasing the commission to 6%. Whether this is not bargaining . Please provide few personnel of vigilance wing within two days so that those indulging in this worst practice of taking bribe from poor farmers may be booked. Details : Complainant is presently enjoying a KCC Limit of Rs.229000.00 since 07.09.15. During the course of an investigation made on 15.09.2015 by the bank complainant when contacted, admits that under the influence of other he had made the complaint of irregularities in KCC loan sanctioning but he also expressed that he has actually no grievance against the branch and its officials. On the basis of above, we request you to close the complaint at your end, please.

  2. Here this question arises that whether complainants really were not aggrieved and bank staffs were performing their duties honestly . Every one knows that what is going on in banking institutions? People is crying from all quarters but who cares them. Whether justice is available to poor and downtrodden section.
