Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether anybody will tell your applicant that if subsidised gas cylinders are not reaching to poor villagers, then who are the beneficiaries of subsidised gas cylinders as there is huge demand of gas cylinders in the markets so gas cylinders are black marketed? 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how much surprising is that when the aadhaar card is compulsory for domestic gas cylinders connection in new gas connections now a days, then how Vindheswari Gas Service, Bharat Ganj, Allahabad can claim Aadhaar card was not linked by consumer with gas connection? Which implies that there is large scale siphoning of public aid by the staffs of Vindheswari Gas Service, Bharat Ganj, Allahabad in caucus with the staffs of Indian Oil Corporation limited. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that ipso facto obvious subsidy of nine gas cylinders of your applicant was illegally withheld by the staffs of Vindheswari Gas Service, Bharat Ganj, Allahabad in caucus with staffs of Indian Oil corporation which sheer illegal, unjustified and unconstitutional. Please direct concerned staffs of government of India to be instrumental in providing the subsidy to account of your applicant as soon as possible. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in arbitrary manner by making mockery of law of land? For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir. Yours sincerely Ravi Pratap Singh
