Subject –Our most Hon’ble chief minister assured to repair roads by 15th June and today is 11th June, process to repair national high way- 7 Rewa-Mirzapur-Allahabad still not commenced.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-   It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that think about the credibility of assurances made by our political masters to people of the state! Most surprising is that an official tour was made by our revered chief minister in this district and supervisory meeting of all departmental heads was convened during the tour. 2-  It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not surprising that on one side of screen our chief minister Sir assured completion of repair work by 15 June regarding damaged roads including High ways but on other side of screen working department of the state instead of ascertaining completion, talking of scarcity of fund and inability regarding the resumption of work for repairing the roads.
3-  It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether the will of Hon’ble chief minister Sir was not the priority of concerned public functionaries who are still procrastinating on the matter concerned. Whatever fund available ought to be spent instead of sitting idle in the name of scarcity of fund but who thinks about the miseries of people of state.
                        This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy.
