Thanks our chief miinister Sir for showing a ray hope to citizenry like us which is feasible for great man like you

Whether corruption will be really curbed of this
largest populous state in this largest democracy in the world . Undoubtedly it is
herculean task for our ongoing chief minister but impossible as he is man of
firm resolve and his working style is also a proof . Everyone knows that five
percent people are spending privileged life including staffs of bureaucracies, staffs
of judiciary and staffs of executives. Hon’ble chief minister is going to
commence biometric attendance tradition which will curb the perpetual absence of
the government staffs from the public offices. Nowadays no public staffs are
interested to perform allotted duties and corruption is so rampant in the system
that files awaiting action on part of them are eating dust. Think about the
gravity of situation that enquiry carried out by enquiry officers and wrongdoing
is traced but recovery recommended is not recovered by competent officers including
those who nominate enquiry officers. Think about the motives of these officers,
why do they nominate enquiry officers if they had not to take any actions on
their recommendations. Undoubtedly this is an applauding step of our revered chief
minister who is going to arrange installation of close circuit cameras for
public offices. Undoubtedly his steps are justifying that instead of promoting
large scale transfer more emphasis must be on ensuring their accountability
which will provide us an efficient bureaucratic set up for the state. In order
to ensure more transparency and accountability, Right to Information Act 2005
must be promoted by appointing honest and diligent information commissioners
instead of blessing people including bureaucrats and media men who are close to
political masters.

Think about the gravity of situation that in our
judicial and quasi judicial offices, bribe is openly taken in the name of peshi
and even when accountable public functionaries are seated on the chair. Whether
such acts of corrupt public functionaries are not lowering the credibility and
dignity  of the public offices. Those
drawing huge salary from public exchequer are forcibly taking bribe from those
whose families are on the verge of hunger. How can such acts may be justified?

  2. It is quite true that bribe is taken openly and even justice is sold as there are several allegations of corruption and moral turpitude are languishing before various accountable public functionaries for taking action. Whether God provided us this human to indulge in inhuman acts.If we are born in this society, then our natural responsibilities are to maintain its integrity.
