Subject-D.P.R.O. Mirzapur, Balesh Dhar Dwivedi crushing the rule of law and making a mockery of it but no one is taking action against him. Since your applicant has knocked all the doors and no one paid the heed to our submissions in this largest democracy in the world so finally, your applicant is taking shelter taking shelter anticorruption ombudsman of this largest populous state.

I Mahesh Pratap Singh in short Yogi M. P. Singh S/O Rajendra Pratap Singh swear in the name of God that entire entry made herein under full confidence is true to best of my knowledge based on authentic supportive shreds of evidence annexed with the representation and if anything found incorrect and deliberate which may damage the image of any gentleman, then action be taken against your applicant under appropriate law of land.

Annexure is as follows.1-Well signed submissions earlier sent to Hon’ble Sir along with various public functionaries of the government in six pages as well as a scanned copy of communication dated:20-Nov-2017 of the secretary, Lokayukta, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
2-Copy of the enquiry reports awaiting action on the part of D.P.R.O. Mirzapur and subsequent communications exchanged showing the cryptic approach of DPRO.
 3- Aadhaar card as identity proof. 4-Internet feeding of multiple Indira Avases to same beneficiaries by using cunning tricks.

For three copies, you may take out the copy of representation and annexures three times and all the submissions based on the public documents made available public staffs and tickets are properly affixed on rupees 10 stamp paper carrying my affidavit properly signed by me with the date. Act 1975 is too old and now technology has been advanced so need of the hour is to safeguard the spirit of the act instead of wounding the spirit by taking the recourse outdated old customs and traditions. 
                           This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
