Grievance Description

An
application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to get a refund of
the amount deducted from the account of the aggrieved applicant Nanhku Prashad
Mishra a student pursuing his study in Allahabad, due to the failed transaction
in the ATM of the state bank of India located at Katghar Chauraha, Muththi
Ganj, District-Allahabad now Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

The
matter is concerned with illegal deduction from the account of the aggrieved
applicant Nanhku Prashad Mishra, Name account holder -Nanhku Prashad Mishra
whose name of the father is Kailash Nath Mishra address is as
follows-Village-Raikal, Post-Kanhaipur, Deep Nagar District-Mirzapur, the
Account number is 11880100062815 Allahabad U. P. Grameen Bank located at Deep
Nagar Tahsil-Marihan District-Mirzapur PIN Code-231309. The aggrieved student
applicant Nanhku Prashad Mishra had talked to customer care of state bank of
India but they suggested to talk with his own bank but the number available on
documents of the bank Allahabad U. P. Grameen Bank were busy so concerned could
not be contacted.

The
total amount deducted from the account of the aggrieved applicant is Rs.1500
quite obvious from the attached PDF document. Sir, please help the poor student
so that may not be distracted from its goal because of such unproductive
activities arose because of mismanagement

The total amount deducted from the account of the aggrieved applicant is Rs.1500 quite obvious from the attached PDF document. Sir, please help the poor student so that may not be distracted from its goal because of such unproductive activities arose because of mismanagement. Timely action saved hard earned money of the parents of the student.

Undoubtedly few people are working honestly but it is unfortunate that we are not giving them suitable response of honesty we should regard them and provide prizes to the honest persons for their honesty and which is feasible only when if our accountable public functionaries will be honest. There is no doubt that the role of the concerned staff of the bank remained positive which caused the reprieve to the student otherwise student has to face the loss of 1500 rupees as usual taking place in our banking institutions.
