Grievance Description : Lackadaisical approach of staffs of state bank of India in redressing the grievances of consumers. Hon’ble Sir your applicant’s S.B.I. Account is opened under pradhan mantri dhan jan scheme. Hon’ble Sir-How much ridiculous that your applicant’s vodafone mobile number -7379105911 has been used in two registered correspondences by the accountable staffs of state bank of India but in the name of registering the mobile in order to secure the transactions on my account ,they are making flimsy pretexts. Here this question arises that why do the staffs of the state bank of India deprive the consumers from available facilities in the name of providing pseudo quality of services. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to letter of the S.B.I. Sent to your applicant in order to made available Debit card , they told me the process of activating debit card as 1-Please remember to collect the pin from your state bank branch. 2- For security reasons your card is currently inactive. In order to activate your card ,you need to complete one successful transaction at any state bank group ATM using your PIN . First uses of your card at an ATM amounts to your acceptance of terms and conditions. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble member be informed that your email contents are not relevant to representation of your consumer’s representation. Your applicant/consumer have already informed you that the activation is not feasible at the branch where account is open as informed by concerned accountable staff to your applicant/consumer . Before responding a letter you must thoroughly take a glance of contents of representations sent by aggrieved . According to you With reference to your query, we request you to kindly visit the branch where you hold an account and submit the form filled in and duly signed to get the mobile number approved and updated. Our branch officials will be glad to assist you. This is your response when I have already told you that office where your applicant have opened account suggested that activation is done by Laldiggi branch. My next problem is that yesterday and today , few transactions were tried by your applicant itself to be made from the account /debit card but failed because of leniency of bank staff ,my efforts were gone in vain. Who will compensate the damages? Please take the perusal of attached PDF documents. After all S.M.S. alert on the account number is the part of ensured security which is obligatory duty of accountable functionaries of Bank. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it seems that staffs of SBI only befool the consumers instead of taking their genuine grievances seriously. When my debit card is activated ,then why amount paid by me through debit card to vodafone company or R.T.I. Fee was withhold by bank. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system.     Grievance Description : Hon'ble Sir- With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon'ble Sir to the following submissions as follows- 1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that your applicant submitted an application dated 11.01.2013 before Kotwal , Katra Kotwali , Dist-Mirzapur State-Uttar Pradesh but he did not lodge my F.I.R. and said that no action is possible and he even denied to initiate preliminary enquiry .For my satisfaction he only took my hand written application and assured orally that if possible may take action. 2- It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that subject matter is that a person cheated me by luring me that you have been selected to get award of 15 lac in program K.B.C. COORDINATATED by Amitabh Bacchan Super Star and for processing you have to deposit Rs. 7500.00 in the S.B.I. A/C 20150744889 (R.K. Singh)and S.B.I. A/C32384237809(Amit Raj) . In first account Rs.5000.00 and in second account Rs.2500.00 was paid by me on 9.01.2013 through cash in the branch of State Bank of India code no.12731 I.D.No.-5011494 Name-S. K. Gupta as more than Rs.5000.00 can't be deposited in one account so cheaters provided second A/C of S.B.I. . 3- It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that whether Kotwal is justified in its statement that you are educated girl ,how you could believe such cheaters and expressing inability in searching crime perpetrators and saying that where I will search them . 4- It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that Law Order is state subject and some well organized syndicate is cheating to civilians and police is saying that where I may search them .Their advertisement was published in leading daily Hindustan and they have multiple accounts in the public sector under taking State Bank of India and they have many mobile numbers like 08969434523 and cheating to common citizens of state.
