Staff of Jio cancelled first application in the name of TRAI norms but now itself overlooking set up norms

 On receiving the porting request forwarded by the MNPSP, the Donor Operator, within four working days, verifies the porting request for clearance on nine grounds of rejection. Based on these nine grounds of rejections, clearance/ rejection of porting request is communicated to the MNPSP by the Donor Operator. The applicable grounds of rejections are as follows:- 
(a) Outstanding payments due for the issued bill (normal billing cycle) (b) A period of ninety days has not elapsed from the date of activation of a new connection. (c) Change of ownership of mobile number is under process
 (d) The mobile number is sub-judice (e) Prohibited by a Court of Law (f) UPC mismatch (g) Contractual obligations are not complied by the subscriber  (h) In case of a corporate mobile number, the porting request is not accompanied by authorization letter from authorized signatory  (i) Validity of UPC has expired.

request was received for PORT OUT for mentioned Jio Number. Our team had out
called the customer and informed that the number will be ported out within
next 7 days.

It
is too much troublesome that concerned customer care of Jio service provider
must think that once they cancelled the port out request on the ground that
port out request had been made by the applicant within 90 days which was
violation of the set up norms of telecom regulatory authority and applicant
accepted even when UPC code had to expire on 8-June-2019 and they may proceed
for port out after 90 days. Now again port out request was made by the
applicant on 03-Jun-2019 which in accordance with the norms of the telecom
regulatory authority of India but still which means 8th day Jio is
procrastinating on the port out request of the applicant which shows that now
staffs of the have forgotten the norm of telecom regulatory authority of
India that process of port out must be completed within seven days from the
date of receipt of the application for port. Whether JIO is not adopting
lackadaisical approach in regard to conforming the norms set up by the
telecom regulatory authority of India if not favour to company?

A period of ninety days has not elapsed from the date of activation of a new connection.On this ground Jio company rejected port out request but later on 03-June-2019 when application for PORT was again submitted then they are again saying same grounds of the rejection without taking the perusal of the attached documents.

Undoubtedly first application made by the applicant on 24th my 2019 was within the quarantine period of 90 days so it was the violation of the norms set up by Telecom regulatory Authority of India but the second application was submitted by the applicant in order to port out was made by the applicant on 3rd June 2019 which is not the violation of norms set up by Telecom regulatory Authority of India so so they had to look into the matter but it seems that there is severe anarchy in our government machinery therefore it is obligatory duty of our accountable public functionaries to curve such Anarchy from the government machinery who are calling with such private operators.
