Grievance Description : Subject-Think about the quantum of corruption in the Indian Oil Corporation Limited that subsidy was not transferred to the account of your applicant but the message was sent by IOCL as Customer is satisfied so the complaint has been resolved. Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to following e-mail of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the customer is satisfied so the complaint has been resolved. Here this question arises that subsidy was not transferred to the account of your applicant how can he be satisfied with the department concerned? 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of the attached document with the representation containing the history of booking cylinders maintained by the website of Indian Oil Corporation Limited ipso facto obvious that subsidy of last booked cylinder still not transferred to the account of the beneficiary. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when refill request was booked 19/08/2017 and it was delivered on 22/08/2017 ipso facto obvious from the passbook entries, how the paperwork is being carried out now and what about earlier generated cash memo and others formalities carried out. Booking Reference Number – 900633 differs from Reference No. 2000071428.Most surprising is that still, they have not transferred the subsidy. This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. One should remain vigilant in order to live hassle free life.
