Why is registrar general High court of Judicature is adopting a lackadaisical approach in taking appropriate action in the matter as the matter is concerned with the blatant abuse of the process of the court by the Lucknow police and Lucknow police itself not only made the mockery of the law of land but also committed contempt of court?

खुदा भी आसमाँ से जब जमी पे देखता होगा |

             इस मेरे प्यारे देश को क्या हुआ सोचता होगा||

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

Undoubtedly it is blatant abuse of the process of court because after the judgement passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad that multi-named lady Anuradha Singh may seek civil remedy from appropriate court, Lucknow police not only acted like civil court but also played cryptic role to process civil matter through criminal proceedings and process of the case in the A.C.J.M. court is also constituting contempt of court.

Registrar general High court of judicature at Allahabad draws huge salary from public exchequer so as a good servant of government of India, he had to comply the request of poor staff of the government.It is most unfortunate that still registrar general did not make available information as requested by the concerned staff of ministry of justice.

Undoubtedly matter is serious because it is concerned with the Lucknow police Uttar Pradesh government. Think about the gravity of situation that Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad directed the home secretary government of Uttar Pradesh and concerned lady Anuradha Singh who is multi named lady changes her name to cheat others and a suspicious woman to seek appropriate remedy from a Civil Court but Lucknow police itself acted like civil court and passed the order by lodging First Information Report against the aggrieved Dinesh Pratap Singh and his family members under serious sections of Indian panel code and terrorized the family so badly that they left the the house purchased by them by providing entire income of his own life and now Dinesh Pratap Singh Is Without shelter.

Open court hearing means trial of court case may be carried out in the presence of public but because of arbitrariness and tyranny of the judicial members, there is too much corruption in the proceedings taking place before the courts. Think about this post in which representation of the aggrieved defender is not being accepted by the court or you can say that presiding officer at the court and then being desperate, applicant submitted the Representation through the registered post but registered post is also languishing in the office of the District Judge Lucknow which is the mockery of the law of land. Even representation which was submitted before the ministry of law and Justice is forwarded to the the high court of judicature at Allahabad which was also not taken seriously by the concerned staffs of the high court of judicature at Allahabad.
