Whether reply was sent at the address of aggrieved ? Since no reply was sent so concerned bank staff making efforts to get case closed without sending written reply to aggrieved.Whether it is justified.

Grievance Description : Your applicant Kishan Patel S/O Shree Rajesh Patel is the account holder of Vijaya bank, Mirzapur suffering from illegal deduction from my account by the bank staffs in the name of providing S.M.S. Services on my account number which was commenced by the bank staffs arbitrarily without informing your applicant. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that account number of your applicant is 714801111000887 which was opened to get scholarship i.e. Student’s account. For detail please take a glance of attachments with this representation. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant made frequent requests to deactivate the S.M.S. Services activated arbitrarily by the staffs of bank but they only misled your applicant that this is R.B.I. Monitoring can’t be deactivated by them. Whether such conduct on the part of Bank staff with a consumer is justified and not tantamount to indiscipline. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant made written representation before the branch manager of aforesaid bank in order to deactivate the SMS service on 06/01/2016 and on the same date at 12:05 PM ,a message was sent on my Mobile number-8756624867 that Thank you for registering with us for SMS alerts for transaction in your account 714801111000887 Vijaya bank- Mirzapur U.P. On 07/01/2016 when your applicant met again the staffs of Bank ,they collectively misbehaved and in up-tone voice they asked your applicant “to close your account from this bank”. Whether it is justified and fair treatment with a consumer. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system.   2. The root cause behind lawlessness, chaos and anarchy is not to take action against wrongdoers. Here undoubtedly genuine demand of aggrieved was accepted by the bank but don't want to penalize its staff who misbehaved with the consumer. Here justice is faraway from us .
